Chiefs | Johnson may still face punishment from league

Updating previous reports, The Associated Press reports Kansas City Chiefs RB Larry Johnson's agent Peter Schaffer said nothing has been signed in regards to an agreement between Johnson and the Chiefs to reduce his suspension in half, saving him more than $300,000. "We've been working hard at it since Thursday," Schaffer said. "We think we have a positive resolution and we'll be able to move forward in the right direction." The two-week suspension would have cost Johnson about $630,000. He may still face punishment from the NFL, too.
