John McClain, of the Houston Chronicle, reports the Houston Texans have considered elevating RBs Chris J. Henry and Arian Foster from the practice squad to the active roster. "Yeah, we’re watching Chris and (rookie running back) Arian (Foster) every day," head coach Gary Kubiak said. "We can activate one of those players any time. It’s a topic that comes up. We’re discussing a lot of issues as we move forward."
